# Notifications

> Stay informed about translation activity.

LinguLink generates in-app notifications for translation activity. Notifications
are created when a translation is:

* **Created**
* **Updated**
* **Deleted**

Notifications are grouped by key, operation, and day — so updating the same key
across several locales in one day rolls up into a single entry (with the affected
languages listed) rather than flooding your feed.

## Slack Delivery

If your organization has connected a Slack integration, the same events are also
posted to your configured Slack channel via an incoming webhook. Each message
includes the key, operation, who made the change, and a link back to the
translation.

> Slack delivery is a one-way webhook notification — it does not support threaded
> replies, interactive buttons, or direct messages.

## Reduce Noise

* The day-level grouping already keeps repeated edits compact
* Connect Slack only for the channels that need release-time visibility
